Our Mission

Our Mission is to empower students with learning disabilities and differences to recognize and optimize their potential throughout their lives. We foster a family environment where the educational, social, health, wellness, and emotional needs of each student are addressed through a focused, holistic program. This is only possible through a partnership among students, administration, faculty, staff, parents, the board, alumni, researchers and the professional community.

Core Values

We have a mission statement. But your child’s success is our mission. To stay true to our mission and purpose, we follow these nine core values. They guide our planning, they provide focus to our daily schedule, and they set us up for a solid future of helping more children succeed.

  • Empowerment
  • Integrity
  • Strategies for interactive problem-solving
  • Ongoing, open communication
  • Staff development
  • Continuous improvement
  • Financial stability
  • A safe environment
  • Holistic programming
